Can I Eat Anything?

So you ask "Can I eat anything?" I guess not - you may not like some of what some people eat! But true, its your choice.

First, lets settle this one thing; its not all food! There are people who eat quite a lot but it never shows in fat. Some people have a much more efficient calories burning system than others. But you need to know that anyone can improve their metabolism

Secondly, you cannot possibly eat everything. What is a delicacy in one culture could be a taboo in another. There are some African cultures where they wont eat chicken because they do not eat birds at all! So why not try something from another culture which is healthy and nutritious? You may get surprised that you like it.

There are also health considerations. Some people are allergic to some foods such as wheat or daily products. Reactions could range from an itchy skin to a running tummy and myriad other stuff. There are therefore healthy and nutritious foods that you may not take.

Simply put, what one persons eat is their choice. The point is that if you are overweight, you may consider a change off diets to more healthy foods. These foods are not bad because I assure you, there are millions eating and enjoying them. Attitude and habits can definitely be changed with sufficient incentives!

So next time, rather than ask whether you can eat anything, consider why you are eating your current diet. Most likely its because you have gotten to it and like it. You will find that there are many other things you could probably enjoy and like if only you summoned enough courage to start.

Take chicken for instance. Grilled chicken is as good if not better than a one that is deep fried. But the grilled one is certainly more healthier with less calories. This applies to virtually all the meat types. Similarly, compare fresh fruit juice with sodas. The fresh fruit juice in fact provides more variety than the sodas.

The point is, there is enough good stuff that you can eat and lose weight. go and enjoy it! Can I eat anything? No, and you don't want to!
